Over the past 12 years, Aaron has amassed a wealth of considerable experience in technology consulting, print management and application development. Aaron is the author of Digital Print Directions, the former contributing editor of "Australian On Demand Imaging Technology" magazine and the former contributing editor of US based "Digital Output Magazine".	With over 10 years production experience, Daniel has worked as an award-winning media producer and technology consultant both in the UK and in Australia. Working with a range of blue chip companies and public sector organisations including British Gas, Rolls Royce, ICI, Coca-Cola, Association of London Government, Sydney Olympic Games and American Express, Daniel has enjoyed the diversity of technology challenges these companies have provided.	Ian has been designing and implementing mission critical business solutions for clients in a broad range of industries for over 15 years. He has worked with International clients including Nortel, GlaxoSmithKline, Cable & Wireless, FileMaker International, Ontario Ministry of Education and Prudential Property Management. More specifically, he has developed a commodity trading desk software that was runner-up in the 2006 MacWorld Magazine FileMaker Awards. Ian has delivered presentations on advanced uses of FileMaker to a variety of audiences.


Nicolai Kant, Senior Developer	Mark Grainger, Developer	Martin, PHP / Web Developer
Nicolai has five years of commercial experience with developing databases (both FileMaker and MySQL). Nicolai is familiar with FileMaker versions from 5 through 9 and is a Filemaker Certified Developer. Since joining Cordis two years ago, Nicolai has been exposed to a range of highly successful projects and a professional development environment that has enabled him to become one of the UK's leading FileMaker developers. With Cordis, Nicolai has been instrumental in delivering Filemaker Solutions for some of the world's most respected brands including Apple Computer and American Insurance Group (AIG).	Mark is a highly skilled FileMaker developer with extensive experience in the print publishing industry. He has performed various development roles in Filemaker Development, Relational Database Design, Asset Workflow Management. Magazine Design and Production. Digital Asset Management for organisations including Electronic Arts, Euromoney Institiutional Investor Plc, Marketplace Publishing, and The OnTarget Publishing Company.	Martin is fluent in many web technologies including HTML, JavaScript and PHP. Martin provides Cordis with a unique skill set with delivering FileMaker content to the web in a robust solution.


Rob Speakman, FileMaker Developer	Carl Holst-Roness, Product Director - HRS Pro	Angus McDonald, Head of Cordis Video
Rob is the newest FileMaker developer to join our team, and has extensive experience across the logistics, automotive and financial sectors. He has performed various development roles in FileMaker development with particular experience in creating and maintaining a document management system, as well as working on integrating FileMaker with Sage. Rob has a BSc in Computer Science from Loughborough University.	Carl has worked within the IT industry, from design to recruitment, for over 15 years. He was the founder of Recruitment HR, a Recruitment Agency specialising in IT and Telecoms. 5 years on he sold the recruitment business and moved into software development where, in 2003, he formed in a software company that started the development of HRS Pro. This market leading recruitment solution is now part of the Cordis product line, where Carl's role, as HRS Product Director, is to market this product globally.	With 8 years internal communications experience both agency and client side, Angus specialises in channel management and video production. He has worked for a range of organisations including Centrica (British Gas), Rolls-Royce, Royal Dutch Shell and LloydsTSB in the private sector as well as Cancer Research UK, RSPB, Transform and various local government bodies in the not-for-profit sector.


Kevin Mortimer, Lead Developer - HRS Pro	Adrian Rice, Business Analyst	Andrew Ballem, Lead Interface Designer
Kevin has been working with FileMaker for over 8 years. Initially Kevin worked as an in-house developer for one of UK's leading document storage companies, where he was responsible for managing the core systems within the business across both operations and warehouse. In 2005 he began working as a Senior Developer at Sublime Software Solutions on their HR product, HRS Pro. Kevin later became a Partner at Sublime, and moved to Cordis when HRS Pro was acquired in 2008.	Adrian has been working within a technology environment for over 12 years, specifically within the print, publishing and digital industries. He was founder of Australian Digital agency, Invert Media, which was subsequently acquired and has since worked with large corporate organisations in the UK, including Office Depot.	Andrew has been working as a designer for over 11 years. Originally from a graphic design background, Andrew moved into the digital space in the late 90s, working for agencies including Hyro, Invert Media and Atomic Media. Since moving to the UK four years ago.Andrew's role at Cordis focusses on four distinct, but related areas of an application's interface - usability, visualization, functionality and accessibility. All these things combine to make the user experience either good or bad.


Bobak Kamaei, Bright Young Thing
Bobak has been working with us for about 2 years ever since he pestered us at Mac Expo. In his time he has picked up enough skills and knowledge in development to become the world's youngest certified FileMaker Developer. Here's what he had to say ... "Working at Cordis has let me distinguish between what is good and what is great. In October I will be attending Cambridge to study mathematics."
